Kirsten Ann was born the same month as her father and brother in 2008. This birth became a challenge for the parents as the fear and dread surfaced again and again in the possibility of having a difficult pregnancy or even loosing Kirsten the same way that they had lost Naomi. Despite the loss, they still decided to have the birth at home in Pocatello, Idaho using Agape Birth Services as the previous birth brought more satisfaction than any birth at a hospital. The day came and the water birth took place in the front living room of the home. The one surprise was the size of Kirsten as she came out weighing 9 pound 10 ounces.
More on Kirsten
Today, Kirsten is three as she could tell you in her own words and she does attend pre-school two days out of the week and loves to learn. Her intelligence has surprised her parents on more than one occasion. The other side note is that unlike her prior siblings, she does not have a need for glasses. This surprised the parents, but they are thankful for not having to deal with this issue like they had to for the other two children.
